ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING POLICY

Processing

Orders are processed in a numerical order from oldest to newest, subject to availability of ordered items. In most cases, orders received before 12PM PST will be shipped same-day. Orders received after 12PM PST will be processed for shipping the following business day. It is reasonable to expect your ordered items to be processed for shipping in 1-2 business days, pending order volume and availability of products. Note that processing times are not shipping/transit times. Carriers no longer guarantee delivery dates, post-Covid.

Carriers

Equilibrium Tuning, Inc. (EQT) ships to domestic and international customers in over 200 countries using FedEx, USPS, and other shipping carriers as required. 

Local Pick up
Some products are not available for local pick up due to California Restrictions.

Hard Parts
Items that are in stock at EQT will be processed for shipping within 1 - 3 business days on orders placed before 12PM PST, Monday - Friday. 

Items not in stock at EQT will be drop-shipped if available to reduce wait times. 


Software
Staged tunes are typically fulfilled within 2-3 business days.
DSG Tunes, once the TCU ID is provided, fulfilled within 2-3 business days. 
Custom tunes vary between 7-10 business days depending on the current volume. 

**Software that is bundled with hardware, will be sent once the hardware is received, with exception of staged tunes and accessport orders which will be preloaded as long as all required information is provided.**

In order to guarantee the quality of our Custom Tunes, we request patience with our customers as we work with current custom tunes. We all get excited to see more power but refuse to sacrifice quality for quantity. You will be given the same stellar service when your order is up for tuning. 


Mismatched Mailing Address / Billing Address
To help protect both EQT and our customers from fraudulent activity EQT will NOT ship to a mismatched address without the appropriate documentation.

Domestic Shipping
Domestic Shipping includes the Continental US. (Lower 48)

International Shipping
FedEx and USPS International shipments will be shipped and insured at full value, no adjustments will be made to invoices. Customers are responsible for paying all import duties for their order. EQT will not modify commercial invoices in order to reduce fees.

Shipping Type - Terms and Conditions
All Products are shipped F.O.B Origin "Free On Board - Origin". In a nutshell, once the product is delivered to the shipping carrier (USPS/FedEx/UPS/DHL/Etc), the purchaser/customer accepts responsibility for the delivery of the product. If the product is lost, the customer is responsible for initiating lost package claim.

Terms and Conditions Acknowledgement

Order Verification: Due to a recent increase in fradulant purchases at EQT, we ask that when finalizing your order that you please check the box "Use shipping address as billing address". If you do not do this or ship your order to a non-matching billing address, you will be asked to provide additional verification. This is for our customers safety and we appreciate your understanding.

Order Processing: Processing times are seperate from shipping times. Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days (during sales, processing times may take up to 10 business days), then shipped via your selected shipping method.

EQT Sales: During sales, some items may temporarily be on backorder, but rest assured we will work to get your order out as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped within 10 business days feel free to email support@eqtuning.com with your order number for an updated ETA.
